Meet Jennifer
Jennifer Rogers is the founder of Paradigm Strategic Communications. She has built her career advancing issues in water, natural resources, housing, public health, and education.
She is passionate about capacity building, helping individuals and organizations strengthen their skills, knowledge, and resources through facilitation and tailored training.
At the University of California, San Francisco, she developed communications strategies that elevated groundbreaking research and informed housing and homelessness policy in the Bay Area and beyond.
Recently, Jennifer has provided water utilities and local governments with communications expertise for complex recycled, drinking, and wastewater projects.
Jennifer thrives on collaborating with diverse communities and clients to make lasting impact.
