Meet Jennifer
Jennifer Rogers is the founder of Paradigm Strategic Communications. She has built her career on advancing issues in water, natural resources, housing, public health, and education.
She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations strengthen their skills and knowledge through facilitation and training. She enjoys collaborating with clients to create authentic and relatable narratives.
At the University of California, San Francisco, she led communications that elevated research to shape housing and homelessness policy. More recently, she has provided strategic guidance to water utilities and local governments for complex recycled, drinking, and wastewater projects.
She thrives on collaborating with diverse communities and clients to make lasting impact.
